Spices Oils
Spice Oils are
obtained by Steam distillation and Oleo resins are made by Solvent
Extractions. Oleo resins are the concentrated liquid from of the spices
that reproduce the character of the respective spice fully. Spice oleo
resins are largely used for flavoring of food particularly by large-
scale industries like meat canning, sauces, soft drinks, and soap,
tobacco, confectionery and bakery etc.
